Professors Paul and Paula Swatman have retired from full time academic work and have moved to Tasmania where they are in the process of  building a house and establishing a small farm.

Although officially retired from the university life, both Paul and Paula continue to undertake research and supervise PhD students as adjunct Professors of Information Systems at the University of Tasmania in Hobart and to offer advice in their areas of expertise to governmental, commercial and charitable clients and more generally through the public media.

As researchers, Paul and Paula work in collaboration with a range of Australian and European Universities, in many aspects of social and organisational information system and specialise in information systems strategy, information and knowledge management, ICT-enabled organisational change, eBusiness and the diffusion of innovation.

As farmers...well, it would be charitable to say that we are beginners!
